Role Purpose:*
	Perform District warehouse activities such as supply / ordering of required spare parts, materials, and consumables. Prepare and deliver packages through courier services or himself using company facilities.   Maintaining & updating of warehouse records.

Responsibility and accountabilities
	Key Activities  Describe
	1.	·         Ensure prompt response to District field operation spare parts requirement.
	2.	·         Order and deliver spare parts to the Districts store room / field O&M and faulty units return to main warehouse
	3.	·         Coordinate with Stock Management, RDC & Field Operation staff and supply required materials to resolve network faults on field.
	4.	·         Maintain the quantities of spare parts and materials in the store.
	5.	Updating of material and spare inventories
	6.	Update and follow up the spare parts by any available system
	7.	Provide logistic  Monthly and weekly reports
	8.	Adhere with organization guidelines and policies.
	9.	·         Attend any emergency situation during 24 hours/7days
