Role Purpose:*




Managing the field operation resources and support the organization by the required management support

Responsibility and accountabilities


Key Activities  Describe



1.      
  • Oversee MS projects within the Section of the field Operation



2.      
  • Estimate and allocate needed MS project resources on the field operation



3.      
  • Execute and monitor the MS project plans and produce timely status reports on the field operation



4.      
  • Collaborate with other MS sections to ensure coordination and integration of related work, systems and tools



5.      
  • Providing the management support, handling the escalated issues 24/7, Project wise kingdom wide



6.      
  • On Field HR management, as per the project resources and commitment, dimensioning review , performance review and Enhance the qualification Level for the project on field Staff



7.      
  • Facilities Management, CARs, Laptops WH etc..



8.      
  • Managing the customer satisfaction, and keep communication and relationship in good and expected level, with maintain CRM and long term relationship with all stakeholders of project team



9.      
  • Responsible for reporting to Project  Manager and customer interfacing regarding related request from the project manager, key project stakeholders  and the customer



10.   
  • Managing and supervising the SOW and comply with the fault management



11.   
  • Managing the logistics and owning the spares parts during the fault correction and keep tracking till been delivered back



12.   
  • Ensure the smooth operation within organization and following the processes



13.   
  • Responsible forKPIs and SLAs and accountable for up to required ones



14.   
  • Defining the project on field Risks which are faced in daily basis and working to mitigate them, like access permission, conflict with other MSPs etc…



15.   
  • Preparing the annual/Quarter preventive maintenance plan and schedule



16.   
  • Responsible in escalating the problem to Project Manager if he cannot solve any issue related to his duets



17.   
  • Integrate his organization with other parts of the project
