Senior in air-condition ,HVAC, DC system, generator ,batteries , Leading the field operation
activities regional-wise including the corrective and preventive maintenance
keeping local SLA/KPI up to the expected level

Responsibility and accountability
|
||
|
Key Activities
Describe
|
|
|
1.
|
·
To lead the operation
and maintenance for the Field Maintenance team in his district
|
|
2.
|
·
To handle daily trouble
shooting as per the NOC analysis and escalation of any problem.
|
|
3.
|
·
Responsible for the
24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule and Preventive maintenance plan
with Project Coordinator
|
|
4.
|
·
Responsible for
reporting to Project Coordinator and customer interfacing regarding related
request from the customer
|
|
5.
|
·
First line support regarding
fault clearing for the network and also to support the Field Maintenance team
regarding site fault clearing activity
|
|
6.
|
·
Responsible for
monitoring the quality of the Managed Services FM team at his district
|
|
7.
|
To support Field Maintenance junior engineer for any
related technical problem as well as the FM team
|
|
8.
|
·
Responsible in
escalating the problem to Field Operation Manager if he cannot solve the
issue.
