Good knowledge and skill for  fire alarm and fire fighting system concept , access system, lights ,alarms, CCTV  .power cable termination ,main distribution board

Responsibility and accountabilities


Key Activities  Describe



1.      
·         Provide  Good knowledge and skill for  fire alarm and fire fighting system concept , access system, lights ,alarms, CCTV  .power cable termination ,main distribution board



2.      
·         Accept TT's from Network Operation Centers, field technicians and field maintenance engineers ;  and troubleshoot the fault for Closure



3.      
·         Identify the root cause and provide the solution for trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages



4.      
  • Trace all Electromechanical and  Power equipment faults and instruct the technicians to fix the faults remotely



5.      
·         Coordinate with Vendors for any further assistance to resolve the Faults



6.      
·         Identify trends of failures and recommend corrective measures



7.      
·         Escalate to FMS as per the SLA’s

•    Strong command of the English language, Arabic language knowledge will be considered as an advantage
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, knowledge sharing, commitments)
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Able to work under high pressure
