Role Purpose:*



Advanced fault fire Power cable, MDB, ATS, Grounding, lights, receptacle outlet, fire alarm system, FM200 system  ,CCTV , managing solutions and repairs, escalation in case of need to involve the vendors, identification of trends, problem solving, and reporting.

Responsibility and accountabilities


Key Activities  Describe



1.      
·         Provide high level of Technical Expertise of  fire Power cable, MDB, ATS, Grounding, lights, receptacle outlet, fire alarm system, FM200 system, CCTV



2.      
·         Accept TT's from Network Operation Centers, field technicians and field maintenance engineers ;  and troubleshoot the fault for Closure



3.      
·         Identify the root cause and provide the solution for trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages



4.      
  • Trace all Electromechanical and  Power equipment faults and instruct the technicians to fix the faults remotely



5.      
·         Coordinate with Vendors for any further assistance to resolve the Faults



6.      
·         Identify trends of failures and recommend corrective measures



7.      
·         Escalate to FMS as per the SLA’s

Job Specific Technical Skills


•    Strong technical knowledge of  Electromechanical  equipment including but not limited to Power cable, MDB, ATS, Grounding, lights, receptacle outlet, fire alarm system, FM200 system, CCTV environment  
•    Strong command of PC software packages.
•    Strong command of the English language, Arabic language knowledge will be considered as an advantage
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, knowledge sharing, commitments)
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Able to work under high pressure
