Role Purpose:*




Advanced fault Water Chillers and HVAC panel  ,identifying root causes, managing solutions and repairs, escalation in case of need to involve the vendors, identification of trends, problem solving, and reporting.

Responsibility and accountabilities


Key Activities  Describe



1.      
·         Provide high level of Technical Expertise of Water Chillers and HVAC panel



2.      
·         Accept TT's from Network Operation Centers, field technicians and field maintenance engineers ;  and troubleshoot the fault for Closure



3.      
·         Identify the root cause and provide the solution for trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages



4.      
  • Trace all Electromechanical and  Power equipment faults and instruct the technicians to fix the faults remotely



5.      
·         Coordinate with Vendors for any further assistance to resolve the Faults



6.      
·         Identify trends of failures and recommend corrective measures



7.      
·         Escalate to FMS as per the SLA’s

Job Specific Technical Skills


    Strong technical knowledge of  Electromechanical  equipment including but not limited to Water Chillers and HVAC panel  environment  
    Strong command of PC software packages.
    Strong command of the English language, Arabic language knowledge will be considered as an advantage
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, knowledge sharing, commitments)
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Able to work under high pressure
