Role Purpose:*

|
Advanced fault air-conditioners split unit system and HVAC control
panel identifying root causes, managing solutions and repairs, escalation in
case of need to involve the vendors, identification of trends, problem
solving, and reporting.
|
Responsibility and accountabilities
|
||
|
Key Activities
Describe
|
|
|
1.
|
·
Provide high level of
Technical Expertise of air-conditioners
split unit system and HVAC
|
|
2.
|
·
Accept TT's from Network Operation Centers, field
technicians and field maintenance engineers ;
and troubleshoot the fault for Closure
|
|
3.
|
·
Identify the root cause and provide the solution for
trouble tickets including ensuring minimum downtime for all outages
|
|
4.
|
|
|
5.
|
·
Coordinate with Vendors for any further assistance
to resolve the Faults
|
|
6.
|
·
Identify trends of failures and recommend corrective
measures
|
|
7.
|
·
Escalate to FMS as per the SLA’s
|

equipment including but not limited to

Strong command of PC software packages.
